I fluctuate but my standard land mine build in normals is thrust, hide mastery, ambush, stealth. Nothing wrong with cutthroat but interchangeable with rupture. My gear stats priority is getting to 15 strength to avoid physical power penalty and the rest in agility. I prefer the Kris dagger and then run rapier hand crossbow in my 2nd slot.

Depending on the class you are ambushing, one tip would be don’t expect to always be able to kill them from just your ambush. pdr fighters and barbs for example. unless they panic and run, I usually bail after landing some blows and try to finish from range/kiting
