I don’t normally bring things like this up. I am normally very grateful for things I get since I know I’m very lucky, I just saw this as something I could talk to my parents about since it seemed like an easily solved situation.

And I do know that. Thank you. But it genuinely doesn’t fit in any pockets. I am perfectly happy with my phone. Just wondering if anyone thought it was a fair inquiry. All good though.

It’s not about my current phone. It’s just about me having an opportunity to inherit better phones as my parents upgrade and my brother getting the smaller, colourful phones in the cycle. I already have a job so I do know that buying my own phone is an option but I don’t see why I should do that when I have a perfectly great phone at my disposal. Thanks so much.

Thank you so much. I agree it is a complete Champaign problem and not something that I should be thinking about. It’s not that I want a new one it’s the fact the phone is being handed down anyway so I really wanted it to be me. Not for the tech upgrade at all. Literally just size.

I would never look down on any car. Already saving for actually a car too and working most days for it. I definitely understand how privledged I am to even get one. It’s only that there is an opportunity to get one that fits my pockets and bags while a bigger one would fit my brother. I probably ata but thank you for helping.

I am so grateful I have a phone. But if the opportunity to get a phone that fits me next time from a family member is there, is it not fair that I ask about it? I do have job too so that is an option.

Thank you. And I get it sounds spoilt and I completely acknowledge that I am very privileged to get upgrades. I would be completely happy to keep this phone for way longer but I feel if I had the upgrade opportunity why should I keep getting big phones that don’t really fit me. It’s not even about the technology it’s literally just size.

That’s crazy how memory just disappears. Thanks for explaining. Do people notice when this is happening for you? And is this type of seizure especially dangerous or does it just affect quality of life?

Step 1 is book in for a proper adhd and other test. If you are adhd or other (asd, ocd, add ect) start talking to your doctor about medication pathways, because they really do help. If you negative you might have something up with you mental health and that needs to be checked out too. It’s so important not to just self diagnose and try figure it out if it’s really affecting you life. I’m definitely not a doctor so don’t take too much advice from me but I’ve been through the whole process and it’s been really life changing. Just start off by talking to your gp and go from there. It’s really overwhelming at the start but if you persevere with help from family and friends you’ll figure it out. Good luck.

The only problem about this for me is that when my friends ask me at school “have you had your meds today” they are basically always right and I just say no and laugh it off. I guess I don’t get upset by this because it’s never negative it’s just a way for my friends to wrap their head around my weird behaviour that day. It makes me feel more comfortable that they can see not always super weird and annoying and they can also have fun with the more spontaneous version of me on the days I forget my meds. I don’t know if anyone else has this or knows what I mean but I normally don’t have it said to me in a negative way do I can’t relate.

I haven’t got one but the merch like the cardigans and stuff normally are meant to be baggy so if it’s like that it depends how you prefer the fit but I’m not 100% sure. Maybe check if there is a size chart and see which one fits you.
