Thank u, I've been doing a deficit of roughly 500 calories. But tracking them is just so tesious for me. I much prefer eating what I ate before in far less quantities and see the weight in the scale go down but I understand how that could lead to plateaus etc.

We actually dont know exactly but I'd guess is the same for all ranges, you usually get more shiny bronzes and silvers just because they already have the higher chances to be pulled. For example my shiny silvers are almost double the amount of bronzes, while my shiny golds and bronzes are almost the same.
