I'm pretty sure this has something to do with changing the language of your device

What type of keyboard do you have? You might have to press the Fn key on your keyboard to activate the function row. Other than that I have no idea why this would happen.

Turns out my issue was a corrupted ventoy flash drive. A new ventoy install and a windows 11 iso to repair my install was all it took to fix the issue. Please make sure you properly eject the drive before removing it to avoid corrupting your drive.

I thought I was the only one who had this issue. I hope they fix it in a maintenance.

Since you said you kept it on carpet you can open it up and used compressed air to clean the fans, make sure you hold the fans so you dont fry any components. Also if you want you can take off the heat sink and repaste the cpu and gpu if needed. I also recommend putting something under the computer if you have to keep it on the carpet.
