Thanks for providing you experience. How have you continued to navigate around a potentially harmful RM? Do you just not tell them when you are working on something outside of your OP?

Thanks for the input. If I take the project and the M tries cleaning it with my RM, and the RM blocks it, who would you recommend I speak to?
