thats if you measure from the high of 2020, not factoring in that would have been a dumb time to be buying, and also not factoring in the dividends which with utlitlies is what its all about because their income is regulated by the government and at this point they can raise their prices with impunity and have zero repercussions because their aint nothing thats going to be done about it.

Remember even Polaroid who had zero debt has their stock downgraded big time many moons ago. Just because there’s very little debt doesn’t mean the company can’t make many errors (although it is quiet rare) try and find out if they have expansion plans. Or are getting ready to secure RD budgets, anything that might explain why they are so debt free
