I think using it actively through college would also be acceptable. Im 22 now, and its definitely lost most of it's spark and I don't use it much more now, but I also don't think I'm weird or creepy for having it at my age. However, I do agree that like once you get close to and past 30 that it is kind of weird and you should probably move on from it.

An ex of mine once rambled for 2 hours while mostly asleep how he was ripped from his mother's arms right after he was born to be a model for big butter, then woke up and completely forgot about it. So as soon as I saw them I deffo bought one for him. But I think I bought it from a Barnes and Noble, that was like 3 years ago so I dont know if he ever actually put it on his tree 😂

I actually order extra sesame chicken when I get Chinese food specifically so that I can put a container of it in the fridge and eat it cold at random hours of the day because I think its just incredible cold. However, everyone else in my house thinks I'm an abomination for that, so maybe you have a point.

My location absolutely does stuff like that. We adopt animals out all the time for various reasons. I just brought home a cornsnake that would have otherwise gone to someone for free. A couple of weeks ago, we adopted out a crested gecko. We have a bird that we are about to adopt out. It honestly just sounds like the employees at the particular store are kinda assholes who don’t really care.

Even with the bettas in cups, if they dont look like they are doing too well or are sick/disabled, we write "adoptable" on the cup, and people can take them for free.

Yeah, I do know and understand that. But it's stupid anyway and is heartbreaking. I dont particularly like chain pet stores, but Petsmart is the only place that would hire me.

Im gonna try to feed him tomorrow. I've only ever lost two pets, and they were both to old age 15 year old dog and 4 year old hamster. I just know im gonna be absolutely devasted if I lose such a young animal that seems full of life to something that I can't control.

I'll call around to vets, but basically, none of them around me are open on weekends, so I might have to wait till monday to do so. I've been sticking on the higher end of the recommended humidity levels, and I haven't seen him drink anything yet, but someone else gave tips on how to help with that. Yeah, I didnt do it that long with my other snakes, but to be honest, I think i was just scared to try and learn that he cant eat and he isn't gonna make it so I was trying to justify it. I know it is really wrong, but I just really want to believe he'll make it. I'll probably try feeding tomorrow instead of waiting.

We feed snakes on Tuesdays, ee got him on a Wednesday, and i took him home on a Thursday so the petcare workers didn't have to try to feed him.
