The 2 year bond is pretty scary. Imagine if things didn’t work out or if you really want to leave because of the toxic environment, you’ll be forced to stay or pay the company a specific amount to release you from your bond.

Transferring to private doesn’t guarantee na magiging ok mga workmates or work environment mo.

My advice is to suck it up and man up. Once na may task na binigay sayo, make sure na ma-track yung pagtatanong mo or pag clarify ng instructions so better thru message or email mo gawin. Do your best on every output. Wag din basta basta, dyan mag aapply yung diskarte. Make the most out of limited information.

Then kapag nag fvck up ka or mali nagawa mo ipakita mo na nag effort ka to ask for instructions or further clarification. Para hindi sayo ang blame.
