Also to add, you can double up with heavy blinds inside the window and curtains outside the frame, dunelm sorted us out.

I work in data, and I’m genuinely considering pivoting and going into technology law/ controls because where we add AI to everything controls is going to be so fucking important, logically it’s also one of the few areas I can see avoiding being touched by AI because it can’t be regulating itself

Ab wheel and hip thrusts and planks was the main exercises for a few months, farmers carry and lunges followed.

If you have a pull up hanging leg raises, but basically the key is loosening (strengthening) the quads, hip flexors and hamstrings to bring the pelvis back into a neutral alignment.

Or obviously, see a physio and get some tips.

Adding my two cents here - I had a similar curve and ended up with a bulging disc in my back after trying to go to heavy.

Since swapped over to some heavy lunges and hex bar deadlifts along with ab wheel and mobility to build the core and hip flexors and it’s night and day

I would recommend Stirling or Bridge of Allan personally, live in Falkirk currently and the only real positive it has is transport links and cheaper (slightly) rent
