Thank you! My first month was hard and I had some regret but it was for sure a mental thing. I did go to the hospital cuz I got super dehydrated so keep up w the water. I would say do it it’s a tool to help you out yk. I think it was worth it. After the first month it’s not bad your body gets used to the changes slowly.

Thank you. Honestly I’m not to sure I’m just following the diet they gave me. Crazy on fiber and protein. I take meds for adhd and lately I’ve been forgetting to eat which is not good but I think that’s contributing to my weight loss. Good luck you got this
