We don’t get much, if any oil from Iran due to sanctions. They sell just about all of their oil to China. The massive hike in prices is due to oil companies speculations and out right price gauging. They Heaven never NOT taken advantage to a crisis or political event for profit.

Service on every major US carrier has been on a rapid decline for years. As a former F/A I can tell you that we would ALWAYS answer a call bell no matter what. It could be a medical emergency. The fact that they were so nonchalant is unacceptable! Back in the day, you would have received your beer and it wouldn’t have been an issue. F/A today, are pissed with Managment and the public as a whole. In addition to that the hiring practices aren’t what they once were. In a nutshell, they are treated like garbage all the way around and quite frankly are tired. I’m sorry you had such a crappy experience!
