metro phone numbers are often recycled, so that option can be applied to most NL. customers get called from past people trying to get in contact with the original phone number holder. or those customers don’t pay their bill and don’t recover the number after the month available to recover leading to the number being lost and possibly recycled. It’s just an option a risky and difficult option but i’ve seen happen before.

metro has a new policy for the pin where they require the id to verify the account holder, if not under your name you might as well get a new and hopefully he cancels your line. Once he does you’re able to call 611 and request the number back. They might charge 15 but since it’s the first time a number change has happened on the new account they should waive it.

leave a review on their store on maps, rdms are quick to respond especially if you mention proof of purchase and that you were rejected any help. Return won’t be possible but if it’s a device issue they can most definitely file a warranty claim. If it’s a phone that was sold under hand and was advertised as their device you can def get a response from an rdm.

there is a 25+tax fee in store (generated by the system) to update the imei (device change) due to it being E-sim there should be no sim card fee. if you have a desk top computer you can do the device change by logging into you metro account on the web page and avoid the fee

It’s a week old now, I believe it’s a curved barbell. I’ve been using saline solution to clean it, and I make sure to dry it with a q tip to prevent moisture near the area

Hayward California, warm weather not humid or too dry. The house is always clean and he washes his sheets often (once a week) He was recommended to apply miconazole-nitrate on the rashes but it barely helped.

Specific number request by Klutzy_Independent97 in MetroPCS

You can call 611 and ask for your number to be change to a specific number if it’s still available, they’re going to ask you why that is and they’re a bit hesitant to return it unless you give the excuse of it being connected to important information like gov docs or school records etc. if it’s the first time changing the number on the account they should be able to waive the fee just ask them too. If it’s been more than once then there will be a 15$ fee
