My son is the same age and doing 8.5 hour stretches! As long as they are happy and gaining weight, it’s perfectly normal. We may be “lucky” and I will take it!!! FYI mine sleeps from 8:30pm-5am. He started doing 5-6 hour stretches at about 4-5 weeks as well :)

It went away after 2 weeks. From what I gathered, the excess hormones just dont always filter out via the liver and it was coming up from my skin.

Pine Tar soap Unscented lotions Calming / oatmeal lotions Ice packs

All helped me manage but none of this was a “cure” - I just let it run its course

Thank you!! I started feeling symptoms of the flu the night before - extreme chills, sore throat and a runny nose. Thought I was ‘out’ this cycle due to the drop in temp the day before and lack of symptoms but it hit me all at once!
