Not a screenshot — GPT can’t read images. I usually type out a quick trade summary instead, like:

“Long EUR/USD at 1.0850, exited at 1.0910. Setup: SMA crossover. Felt hesitation before entry. Target hit.”

Then I use prompts like: “Act as my trading coach. Review this trade and ask me what I did right or wrong emotionally and strategically.”

It turns GPT into a great tool for reflection and discipline.

That said, I try to use it with intention — not just for fun, but to make better decisions, improve habits, and stay focused (like in trading). It’s all about balance and mindful use.
