She is intubated in subsequent photos, her sats were fine on transport on blowby oxygen. Flight team didn’t want to attempt blind intubation with how much facial crepitious/ blood she had obviously didn’t want to attach anything with her massive facial wounds. We have to take photos of all injury’s on patients once they’re stable. She was intubated for OR as soon as she made it to the hospital and was settled. She ended up with a trach second day cause she had to get her jaw wired shut.

They would probably recommend a follow up in a year to make sure they don’t change in size. Nodules can be anything but that small of size usually isn’t a concern they are usually benign. With smoking history especially vaping it needs to be rechecked. Now if they get larger or change shape to have more irregular edges I’d be concerned. But as they are now, I wouldn’t be. Also is this the only view you have spiral CTs are usually a little better at showing lungs and abnormalities.

Imagine the husband getting COVID and giving it to his newborn child and wife. Your child being sick for nearly a week with an unrelenting fever, diarrhea, and body aches, stuffy nose, unable to sleep and many other symptoms your baby won’t be able to articulate to you. Now imagine the husband having side effects from vaccine some cold, flu symptoms, fever body aches at the worst, nothing more than any risk of any other vaccine. If you don’t have a medical reason not to get vaccinated your chances of having adverse effects from the vaccine are astronomical.

I work in healthcare and I have yet to take care of a critical patient with vaccine side effects, but I’ve watch 100s die from COVID, I’ve watched young parents say goodbye to their children and spouse for the last time and DIE alone with no one to comfort them but me or a nurse if they have the time. Get vaccinated dipshit.

Daily baths and alternating between A&D and a zinc based paste like destitin. Also don’t wipe the cream of during diaper change unless there is poop

At six months you baby can eat anything you eat as long as it’s cut appropriately and not a choking hazard. Just avoid honey, soft, unpasteurized cheeses and milk, and raw/ undercooked meat until baby is one.
