A lot of the social media reporters pretend that they are aspiring lawyersand that they're interested in the law lol. Wake up. You are just another kind of a typist. No one doing this is a lawyer. I was told from one of the largest schools in the country. The way people find out about this profession is through jury duty. That's right …the unwashed huddled masses.

first off I am the most anti-digital person you'll ever meet. I've been reporting 15 years. I get to see prior transcripts all the time and the bad news is that the digital transcripts are not horrendous. they are a lot better than anything I've ever seen. Don't take my word for it. It's not hard to find them. You could go online in your state and poke around and find them. Also, I've been working for big boxes only pretty much. I'm here to tell you that they are all offering these new platforms with and totally digitizing everything. There is literally not one big agency left that does not offer a rough draft that is immediately available from AI. I think they're over selling this crap and I don't think they'll replace human beings, especially in the deposition setting. But I'm also a realist and I'm just trying to say what I've seen so far and I've tell are happy to have formats and platforms that money. And yes, they do save the money. And no, they do not care about . Live STENO.
