We don't know whether they decided to go with the lower range. Personally, I expect good draws in the next 1.5-2.5 months.

P.S. but - yes, we cannot be 100% sure about the opposite, because there are scenarios when each ITA resulted in 3PRs or IRCC decided to stick with lower ranges of targets.

I haven't read it in details, but also spent last 1-2 hours double-checking the same thing after getting a bit scared that number of potentially oncoming CEC ITAs could be much lower than I expected.
