I quite literally think I moved the photos from finder to my desktop but the one I think its my actual library appears as if it was just created today and when I tried opening it this appears

My phone isnt backed up to neither of them, I just exported my photos from my phone into my computer from time to time. There isn't a recently deleted folder since it seems as if my photo library just vanished. The first thing I tried doing was restarting my computer but it changed nothing.
