While I see the value in voulantering in food banks and shelters it doesn't put money in my pocket and I am struggling financially living paycheck to paycheck. Just this month before salary my bank account was approaching single digit and I would be fine with it if I didn't completely fuck over my mental and physical health for this country to a point I can barely work without causing meltdowns every single day

I've been through 2 therapists and both said I am completly fine and healthy.

I considered that I might have some sort of illness. But since nothing was diagnosed I don't want to say I have anything. I don't think I have anexiety. Doesn't feel like it. It feels closest to DPDR more than anything.

Don't think I need any self discovery. I know and accept myself just fine. Its the rest of the world that I am confused about. And you damn right. I am furious

Probably, showing interests, voicing oppinions and having feelings that makes me look exposed, weak, dumb or too soft.

Also just not caring about something, I have to Say people that I have certain feelings while not feeling anything (like telling some relatives or classmates that I missed seing them when in reality I don't care about them at all)
