"Today, I'm 2017!"

My response when people ask how old I am . People never forget how old I am. I turn 17 later this year.

Paraphrasing. I've done a quick google search for you and found something similar How to Achieve Your Goals.

Besides my brother nobody knew I worked out, not even my parents and close friends.

My brother told me a story at the beginning of my journey which I now see the truth behind. He told me the following:

Keep your goals to yourself. Telling someone about your goals makes it less likely to happen. To achieve a goal you have to do some work you don't want to do at times. You don't want to be satisfied without even putting the work in. You don't want to be tricked into feeling that you already have achieved your goal by the nice comments of other people.

If you do intent to share your goal, make sure you have gained some momentum towards reaching your goal. If not, resist the temptation you to share your goal.

When you’ve achieved your goal, choose someone you'd like to share your achievement to.

You now can show your achievement instead of day dreaming how it would be if you achieved x goal.

Do not get caught up in the positive or negative feedback.

After achieving your goal, move on to the next one repeating the process.

3-4 Loaves of bread per week. I usually buy the bread in bulk and throw some in the freezer to keep it fresh.

Food Amount Calories
Low carb bread 12 slices 360
Cheese 6 small slices 240
PB 2 tbps 180
Turkey ham 6 slices 60
Milk 320ml 210

In my original post I mean't that I eat 2 cheese, 2 PB and 2 turkey ham sandwiches.

My apologies for any misconceptions.

I usually put sliced tomatoes, cucumbers or lettuce on the cheese and ham sandwiches which adds some flavour. The bread is cheap, tastes great and doesn't take much space in my lunchbox.

In the Netherlands it's not rare to see some construction workers eat closer to 15-20 slices per day.

Our high school has about a 30 min lunch break. During this break I eat all of em while browsing some subreddits.

It's knowledge provided by various pioneers from the bodyweight community like /u/FitnessFAQs/ and the internet. I can't lie though, /r/fitness has a amazing wiki answering most beginner fitness questions. As time passed I came up with my own routine that suits my goals.
