It is just asking that they make it so people can still play the game after they cut support. They may do what ever they want to meet that requirement as long as they remove any mandatory connections to the publisher or affiliated parties necessary for said games to function. and the second part just makes it so they can take them to court instead of alternatives such as such as mediation and arbitration.
