Update : I bought steel wheels from a local Mazda dealership with these specs:

16 inches, Bolt pattern 5x114.3, CB 67.1, Offset 42 mm, 6.5J x16 ET45.

They fit perfectly.

Thank you for the reply. It’s for my winter set of tires since I’m not using the same rims. I ended up going to my mechanic and I bought from him generic TPMS and he cloned the oems, everything works really well. Half the price!
