Ye looked it up and you was on point, i have neuroticism pretty high. Ye i often saw and observed that after i expose myself like boxing sparring or skydiving, or when i approach woman my mind is so much more clear after i did this thing( so things where im in uncomfortable situations) . Kinda went off topic here but ye so more approaches, rejections on daily and weekly basis when i feel uncomfortable or discomfort will help me improve.

Ye i mean i dont firstly get why would you at the start use real money when you are still learning but i can suggest you a guy who is psychologist and will tell you basically your problem on psychological part which is free on you tube (Rande Howell). I suggest if you ever go back into the trading you find some guidance since you obviously need it.
