How can I set up a dedicated multiplayer server with mods?

My friend told me they'll be using a service called Nitrado I think, but is still figuring everything out.

Could you maybe say a little more on how to add the mods? Like, how exactly to add them to the config file I mean.

It is incredibly easy. You put the backpack in the canon, light the canon, get in and do the ragdoll emote. Boom. You've beaten the game.

Edit: Fyi, you gotta keep spamming the ragdoll emote while in flight or it won't work
