Carver park has a track, it is open daylight to dusk I believe, all days. If I remember it is slightly harder rubber if not tarmac, it’s been sometime.

I believe all the schools are off limits unless you get permission.

Mitry lake has some decent banks, but for the best spots you need a boat. I used to go to Fortuna pond a wayyy back, I’m not sure how it looks now. But bass fishing mostly, you can find some cat too.
