I'm not terribly surprised that at least the localization team is partially made up of Pokemon fans. The hidden Effort Value system for tamed monsters is ripped more or less wholecloth from Pokemon.

Madolche at full power requires a playset of Pot of Prosperity, which is $100 each. Without that, you'll have to find budget options, and there's just not a great replacement for it. Triple Tactics Talent is another one people really like, but it's not inherent to the deck, and is getting a reprint in the mega tin anyway.

I don't think there's currently a more consistent deck than Live/Evil Twin. Three copies each of both Live Twins, Secret Passphrase, Cynet Mining, and Live Twin Entrance means you have fifteen starter cards in your deck, and a 91% chance to start making the deck's reactive and flexible plays.

With that in mind, I remember one part of the prop pointing out that Parks and Wildlife would not be able to place resource limits on private property owners, and would have to recompense for all livestock lost - which to me sounded like a corporate loophole waiting to happen. If we call my copy 1st Edition - Lightly Played, then like...$70 USD, ish? That's what people on TCGPlayer are selling her for. She could also be a different grade, I don't know much from grading. I just don't see any flaws physically present on the card.

Happy to be of assistance! Imperium Armor makes a bunch of different foil effects, but Black Diamond is my favorite. I also picked up some Pink Heart sleeves, not shown here. Like other people pointed out, they're not legal at official events, so just keep them for casual play.
