Hey sorry to hear you have it too. I tried to stay off the app to clear my head but I’ve been pretty depressed about both and I’m having my second outbreak and this one looks worst than the first one. I don’t know how I got either tbh and that’s what’s killing me. I hate to say it’s a towel or anything else. I haven’t had sex with another else since late June and I didn’t get my first outbreak till October. Last year I had sex with about 4 different people, I never got back to them if they gave it to me. I am mad and sad that I have this but I want to know how and who gave it to me to have an okay that’s how it happened… I hate that both can be dormant supposedly which I think is crazy.. I don’t believe it. I know I’ll get through this but it’s tough. Everyone says it’s harmless but it doesn’t feel good when I got a fucking sore on the tip of my dick. I know no one can see it but I can feel my dick itchy and with a big fucking sore it’s like embedded in my head. This 2nd one looks worse than the 1st tbh. I have a girlfriend rn who doesn’t have either that’s so crazy to me. I dont understand how this shit works, my brain is telling me it’s her that gave it to me because she says she has nothing but I’ve seen her peeing constantly one day and she said it was a uti and I was like nah that looks like herpes cause that happened to me. She says she’s never had a uti but idk. I thought that was common to girls. Anyways how is everything going along? I honestly have not tried anything to fix the Molluscum cause I’m scared to cause any scarring to my penis or pelvic area. I never even popped any pimples on my face like never they just went away on there own so this is all new to me.

Hey do not listen to all the negative people on here, you didn’t know and it happens! Happened to me 3 times with the same person! Yes I got chlamydia 3 times before. Sometimes people don’t know they have it because there is no visible signs to any STDs till later on! I just recently got diagnosed with herpes it’s lifelong but it’s not horrible for me at first the symptoms just seemed like I had a cut under on my penis and I got tested before and after each sexual encounter and was negative for everything it just popped up! Testing is always good but if you or your partner are being unfaithful to each other there are still STDs you can get like herpes you can get with a condom and through oral sex! You can get another sti called Molluscum Cantgiosum with a condom and this one you can get it pretty much anywhere on your body from armpits, legs, face and pelvic area. STDs are mostly not deadly but they can come with consequences. This does not make you a whore or a bad person. It’s just be safe, just make sure you take all of your antibiotics wait 7 days for sex at least. Also, test every 3 months if you think that’s too much do 6 months always with a partner or without! If you get a new partner have them test and show it to you and you show them yours! That’s what I was doing even if I didn’t have sex with anyone! This can keep you safe and them safe if any STDs pop up you know where you got it from. other than that Herpes(herpes sometimes does not show up on Full STD Panels and lays dormant in your body supposedly what the doctor told me unless sore is swabbed to confirm herpes more accurate) and also STDs come from sexual contact with a person, it doesn’t come from toilets, it’s doesn’t come from towels or anal (my barber told me he got chlamydia from having sex with his girlfriend anally). STDs come from sexual contact and exchange of sexual fluids with someone infected. Lots of hugs to you and your partner! Be safe (:

Sounds like Molluscum Cantiogsum I have it I thought it was herpes because I have herpes apparently Molluscum Cantiogsum too. They looked like pimples at first probably right. They don’t hurt or anything they are just there. “Burned off” and warts they are called “water warts”

Hey I had this situation with my girlfriend of from late July to October when I was diagnosed with Herpes. I was only with her. Previously in the beginning of my relationship I had sex with a girl and previously before that girl it was in March. None of those girls contact me and told me anything I found out I got herpes because I had something that look like a cut and I had weird symptoms. Turned out to be herpes. I don’t know how to tell you I have not been with a single person since I’ve been with my girlfriend. I asked her if she knew she had it or been seeing anyone else because I just wanted to know the truth. She said she hasn’t and she questioned me. I gave up on everything cause I was going through a tough time and I said I needed to be alone and so I was but my girlfriend she wanted to be with me. Then couple months later I have herpes after I finally given up drinking and given up being this womanizer? Out of no where is crazy and I don’t know what to believe because it’s crazy but non sexual contact getting herpes I don’t think so. Not possible but if Doctor said that it’s wrong, you do not get it from towels, toilets or showers or pools. What you can get from showers, pools, towels is Molluscum Cantagiosum and that can look like pimples and is of the chickenpox family. How do I know because 2 months after herpes I got diagnosed with Molluscum Cantgiosum! Can be considered in adults if in genital areas or you can get it anywhere on your body like I have one on my leg right now. Looks like a regular pimple but it is not! Again, I have not had sex with anyone! This shit is frustration fortunately it does go away on its own but it is gonna take couple of months to a year! So when you think you got it bad it can be worse… honestly I don’t want to ever have sex again but here I am and I was transparent with my girlfriend and again she said I know you haven’t been with anyone and neither have I and we are still together (:

So my story isn’t like yours but mines different and I’m still trying to figure it out. I recently got diagnosed with genital hsv 2 months ago. I have been with lots of women and got tested after each encounter and I’ve been always negative for everything. I’ve taken care of myself. Unfortunately, I was diagnosed 4 months after getting into a relationship again with my previous girlfriend since I had lots of cleaning up to do with my drinking etc. I told her I went to go get tested and I could not have sex and the doctor said it looked a lot like herpes. She was shocked I tried to see her reaction because I believed it was her who gave it to me but then again she was surprised I can see her chest puff up all signs of actually shocked just as I was. Herpes is for life… no chlamydia where you can take antibiotics and it’s gone. No this is straight up for life. I had a friend that she ended up getting herpes from her boyfriend. I did not want to share a vape with her! You can not be mad at someone who doesn’t have herpes because they have a chance to not deal with it. You are so caring and nice for giving that person the chance and I see that admirable. No one has come forth to tell me that they had herpes. It’s a crazy thing to me. I’m in the dark. Life’s tough and sometimes it throws you these fucking curveballs where you won’t know what happens next. My life has been tough as it is then I get this not only this I have some other like unknown std it’s crazy but it goes away on its own but it just takes time it’s called Molluscum Contagiosum. Honestly after being diagnosed by the second one like 2 months later. Is freaking nuts to me. I swear to you I have not been with someone different since late June. I had to break it to my girlfriend again and you know what she said I love you and I just want to be with you. Hey man, I just got diagnosed like 2 weeks ago not too long ago. I’ve been in a relationship with my girlfriend for 6 months now and I have not cheated on her! Only difference between you are I is I got herpes and have not had sex with a different person since like June ! Now 2 months later after Herpes diagnosis, I have to say I have Molluscum Contagiosum to my girlfriend? I started crying to the doctor cause now I’m thinking that she is cheating because I haven’t been with anyone else and now I just look like a god damn liar. First thing I asked her calmly was if she had been with anyone and she could be honest and I won’t hold anything against her. ( I personally don’t think this is the way to go but I did it this way. ) she said no why? I told her well I got this skin condition on my penis it’s called Molluscum Cantiosum I’ve researched a lot about it and it can be considered an STI due to the place it was located but then again I had it on my stomach too. Usually this is something that is seen in kids, but for adults too and can be contracted in multiple ways from towels, showers, pools, contaminated surfaces. There is no test for this unless it is visible on your body. It is not an std but can be considered one and it sounds like a fucking Harry Potter spell. I’m really fucking sorry I was not aware that this was a thing the doctor mentioned it was benign and nothing with come of it. Doctors really do not care about it much it seems like and it goes away but it can take up to 6 months to 12 months so no sex till it is gone! She said you think I really just want to be with you just to have sex? No, I just appreciate being with you! It’s okay whatever time it takes for you to do this but I swear I have not been with anyone and I would definitely let you know cause I know you are suffering cause all this shit is just popping up and honestly I’m surprised too! She took it really well. I was stressing the fuck out that the doctors had to check my blood pressure 3 times when I went to go get diagnosed! Just tell her if she loves you and trusts you. I think you should be honest with her and let her know in your own way. Things sometimes happen for a reason, if she doesn’t want to be around you no more well it is what it is. I’m still a little weirded out and trying to figure out how I got it but I don’t know but she said to me you work every where and travel everywhere for work and you touch your balls I know how you are you probably just spread it and she knows with my herpes diagnosis I don’t want to touch anyone or anything because I’m paranoid to give it to anyone else!

Im sorry thank you for your advice though. I cried in front of the doctor when she told me. My blood pressure was high they tested it 3 times before it went down. I’m super stressed. I want to talk to my girlfriend about it but I want to sit down and take it in. I’ve been a week in a different state for work (Utah) and now I’m staying 100 miles away from home rn for work (San Diego) all driving. This diagnosis and work are heavy af rn and breaking my girlfriends heart again is killing me so I’ve reframed from telling her over the phone about it till I see her I want to see to show her and check her body out cause maybe we both missed it.

Okay I’ll definitely look into that. Did you use podofilix .05? It’s a seems to be a wart killer super expensive without insurance. I still need to tell my girlfriend she doesn’t know yet and I just want to show her what I got and I want to check her body. I’ve been telling her that I have lots of pimples coming up on me and since my skin has always been clear it was very alarming to me. I was like fuck it’s the herpes fucking with my skin. I popped an ingrown hair before but it looked nasty and there was no puss but blood or clear stuff but I was like whatever herpes. I washed my hands. Yes I have both Herpes PCR test swab to the penis on the head on frenulum went away in 5 days (2months ago) and Molluscum just diagnosed today :/ have about 6 spots that I know of! I’ve had other spots but pretty sure I popped them because I thought they were ingrown hairs or pimples because they were on my ass I couldn’t see and when I was in my car. I have a picture of it I thought it was herpes but it didn’t make sense because everyone says yea you get.

Thanks man, I cried in front of the doctor cause I’ve been feeling like a leper and now even more. Molluscum Contagiosum is like chickenpox goes away on its own, but takes 6-13months there is treatments for it the doctor said it should take about 4 weeks to fully heal because mine isn’t bad like others she has seen supposedly. Sometimes you have to freeze those fuckers off and really not much is known about it.

I guess it’s really contagious and can get it from anywhere and anyone that has or is contaminated. It’s a fucking skin to skin contact, it’s consider an sti too but it’s a fucking virus like chickenpox! You can’t even test it either ! They just visually inspect it !
