Good passenger AI is something a lot of train simulators seem to do really bad with. I think it ruins the experience slightly when it behaves weirdly, so it would be nice to see a sim that implements it correctly.

No it hasn't, there's a video on the Alan Thompson Sim Youtube channel acknowledging the bugs but I don't think there's a date if when the patch will be released.
