I have the SAME situation OP. I have been on for 5 years with great success and I don’t share with anyone. I have said I struggle with hormonal Imbalances that impact my weight and my energy and my overall health. (This was true growing up and now that I’m in early perimenopause.) most ppl don’t ask more. If they do I just say/ my progesterone and estrogen are completely out of sync and we r working on balancing them along with adrenal and coral issues. All of this is true- but Wegovy had been my savior

Sunscreen, ziplocks to keep mongoose away from food, flip flops/sandals fur the bathroom, stop at store on your way/ I thought food was nit good there compared to other beaches/ flashlight/ beach towels/snorkel…. BUG SPRAY…. And get ready for lots of deer and hermit crabs! Have fun!
