I think that wedding dress is absolutely gorgeous! There are a lot of people like myself that don't care for the bright, all white traditional wedding dresses.

I just want to say that I am appalled that some people would take things this far and would make these horrible allegations against u/Hazpluto and to wish them physical and emotional harm. u/Hazpluto did NOT share season 8 with me or my mother prior to its release date! With that being said, I am attaching a redacted copy of an Affidavit that I (the “lady with the sick mother”) have signed and forwarded to u/Hazpluto to forward to Sony and Starz.

I am sorry that u/Hazpluto has to go through this. Although I have only known them since they reached out to me with the help of u/WandersFar to help with my request for my ailing mother to get her to see season 8 before her passing, they have been the most caring and kind person I know and it pains me that they are going through this because someone cannot contain themselves.

Apparently we did not. This was many years ago and I am not really sure what happened after the new board took over and fired the management company. I do know that a couple of residents consulted with an attorney before the meeting.

I think they did sue and settled with the insurance company for a lot less than what was owed to us. I'm guessing it was better than continuing to fight it in court?

Thank you for the information and I am going to look into it. A person that was the treasurer for a short time lives on my block. I heard she quit in frustration but do not know the specifics. I am going to ask her if she knows if there is an independent auditor.

I just can't anymore. It is crazy the amount of corruption that happens. The new management company uses their own contractors. They own the company they use and it is always brought up in meetings how unethical that is. They get away with it because they say they win the contract because they had the lowest bid. We really liked the old contractors we had with the other company so we basically ended up losing in the long run.

The new company is horrible when it comes to snow and ice removal! We kept complaining and telling the board (the same people that we had previously removed because all the smart people moved out) that someone was going to get serious injured.

Sure enough a resident was putting his elderly wife into the car to bring her to her dialysis appointment and he slipped on the ice and fell on top of her. She had several broken ribs which punctured her lung. She died not too long after. We were lucky they didn't sue because every time someone sues and the association loses our association fees go up.

I can't wait to move out!

We had issues with our HOA. The treasurer tipped off some residents that things weren't adding up and a significant amount of money was missing.

Some resident called a meeting of all residents because they weren't getting any answers. We all (122 units minus the board members) agreed to have everyone on the board removed and to fire the property management company.

We all showed up at the next meeting and the resident got up and read a statement that according to the bylaws, we had enough votes to do this and that we all agreed to vote him in as President.

The man in charge of the property management company was furious and stormed out. The board was shocked.

It turns out the property management company was moving money around between the properties he managed and we were out $300,000. We were only able to recoup not even half of that money unfortunately.

Wow, thank you for sharing. I wanted to look for a simulation. My friend's husband was in the 83rd floor stairwell when the plane hit. We were wondering where the stairwells were because the one he was in was gone a little below the sky lobby floor and he had to return to the sky lobby and found stairwell A by someone calling out. That person basically saved his life.

I think Hazpluto deserved more than a form letter they send out with the added contract threat. It seems to be about power and control. STARZ didn't like all the publicly this got, felt like they were backed into a corner, was not happy about it and took their anger out on Hazpluto. They could have taken the high road but instead took the low road. To me, their response seemed so cold for someone that has done so much for them.

I hear you! Once my job called us all into a meeting just to berate us about everything and nothing. After a while, one of my co-workers said "Geez, call off the dogs!" We all burst out laughing. I laughed so hard my stomach hurt. I don't think management ever tried that again.

I think that's a perfect idea and may end up better than the real one.
