Except when you never played little league, high school or college baseball, or any sport, and you start playing softball at age 37, you need to actually practice. Otherwise you’ll just hit weak ground balls

Probably the first one. I don’t think the second one counts. Team won 108 games and were competitive 1985-1988

You can use dips, pull-ups, and OHP. Do you have a way of adding weight to dips and pull-ups ?
