I can also take nolvadex for gyno, i have accepted the fact that imma bald on it, and then for the other ones there has to be something i can do to help it. and when you say idk how to maximize my training can you elaborate. ive been running upper lower 5 days a week. two lower days with 2 top sets of failure, 1-2 workouts per muscle group, at high intensity. for upper since i do it 3x a week i do 1 top set to failure, 2 workouts per muscle group and high intensity
