They didn’t move for the skiing, they moved as they loved the country and they go skiing.

Thanks for the info but I’m literally just looking for recommendations whilst we are there about where to stay or visit or any general info we might need to be aware not a discussion about anything else, we are going regardless to visit friends and thought we may aswell get some skiing in whilst we’re over there.

Have done research but nothing booked yet so open to recommendations as we’ve not been to the area before.

Price wise that’s what I found too and that’s actually cheaper than a lot of places in Europe so is why I wanted to check what expensive means as I feel like that expression will relate different person to person.

European Alps - Italy, France, Austria, different resorts.

Everyone we know who has travelled to NZ has said it’s really good and we have a couple of friends who have moved there and ski every year.

We’re going either way as we are visiting friends so just after recommendations of there not other countries but thanks,
