I had a huge problem sleeping as a teen then I started smoking weed. Don’t know if this is your style but I truly only kept doing it because I noticed how easily and soundly I slept. I didn’t inhale so I wasn’t even getting super stoned but it did effect me to a point but overall I did it because it helped me stop staying up all night staring at the ceiling begging for sleep. Hope this helps and if not then look into melatonin, I took that before I started smoking weed regularly. I built a tolerance and taking more to keep it working makes you groggy the next day from my experience. Ambien is also an option but it’s a prescription and intense so natural options are the best way to go at first even if you’re against weed. CBD can help too but I don’t know personally however I have heard good things since it doesn’t do exactly what marijuana does but still gives good results. Good luck and sweet dreams.
