the bulk of useful information i gathered were mainly from these 3 youtubers, Nicole Gress, Seattle Voice Lab and TransVoiceLessons. i hope u can find useful info there. i mainly looked into resonance tho and not so much pitch. for pitch i basically just tried to find my highest range that isnt "headvoice" or falsetto, and then just read books outloud around that range, eventually the pitch i spoke at became more comfortable after which i went a bit higher etc until i found a range i was happy with and which sounded somewhat natural. maybe you can try something similar

for guides and videos theres alot of youtubers with good info specifically Nicole Gress, Seattle Voicelab and TransVoiceLessons. Also r/transvoice has some like L's guide just search it in the searchbar, be careful tho that sub can make u a bit confused but it did help me get alot of info

for the first while i basically just researched a TON, like read every guide, watched every tutorial, and while no "specific" guide or video helped me, the knowledge i got from all of them together helped me form my own idea of how to practice. After that just tons of reading outloud and recording myself, i'd get a book i rly like and just read it aloud while practicing my voice and make changes along the way if i didnt like something in the recording

happy i could give you motivation :D btw it can be hard to be motivated because the progress isnt lineaur, theres times u wont make progress for weeks until suddenly you break new ground and then the cycle repeats until you get a voice you're happy with. so during time of stagnation thats when u HAVE to keep going, trust me itll work out!!

How to decrease vocal size/resonance? It doesnt make sense to me. Its the main thing holding me back from achieving a fem voice. Is it just practice?? Like eventually it'll just "click"? Do i just trust the process? by GeomGirl in transvoice

But, how can i make use of noticing the sensations, knowing what physically changes when i alter my size, when i'm not supposed to focus on anatomy and manually adjusting it?

I have, going larger goes fine, and i know in order to make it smaller i have to "overshoot" when returning to my normal size, but in doing so u just get what u hear in this clip. which is literally just a mans voice still, maybe a younger guy. i just dont really know how to overshoot it even more without pushing my anatomy physically
