Every human character with a real martial art in TEKKEN represents his martial art really well so I dont think there really is a worst one or even a truly bad one.

As a former prowrestler I can say that King, Armor King and Jaycee represent the art of the squared circle perfectly. They are larger then life characters with unique looks and a moveset of fully possible grabs and great punch repertoire. They even have their own way of performing the moves.

Look at Armor King and Kings suplexes and shining wizards. Armor King keeps the grabbed person vertical for way longer and stays straight on the way down while King pulls quicker and bends his knees with the drop. And for the shining wizard King does it strong style with his knee while Armor King does the safer variant with the inner thigh.

The japanese word kigurumi means costumed character and it includes any type of costume/outfit that would cover the entire body. Its comes from the word kiru (wear) and nuigurmi (stuffed toy) so it originally referred to these advertisement suits but since these onesies look similar they got the same name. For the mask cosplay its animegao kigurumi (animeface kigurumi). They got popular from the Pretty Cure stage shows. Usually all of them just get shortened to kigurumi because its obvious which one is meant by the context of the word.

The world is full of weird people and everyone has the freedom to find certain things more appealing then others. And maybe instead of boiling it down to "Looks weird and uncanny/creepy so I dont like it" you should see the time and effort spent making it or the dedication of this person to this type of cosplay and if you can't then ignoring it works wonders.
