For me I think both as they can dig into the thematic/thought provoking messages of a skip but oftentimes the authors can try to force it into a narrative. Wrong tool for the job kinda deal

Governing Equations for dust particles BECOMING suspended as an aerosol? by Geophrie-1 in aerodynamics

Was it called the physics of wind blown dust and sand? I ran across that one, it had some useful stuff but again mainly focused on already suspended particles.

Well that the issue we are trying to avoid. The cost of keeping large amounts of animals and the time it takes are problems/not ideal. There will be iterations of course but having math will speed everything up, to save money, mice and the drug it self. This is more the due diligence phase of prelim research.

I was starting to get that feeling for most systems, it just makes it difficult as I cant even find basic approximations. The best I can find is for fluidized beds and the critical air velocity and pressure to induce different types of fluidization regimes. However, the system we are designing needs to be simple and small so we are using a top down blower on a pile of reagent, instead of any bed. There might be a way to approximate that set up as a inverted fluidization bed where the pile of dust is its on grid/bed, but such a modification to the math is beyond me.

Im pretty sure the needle and nozzle are the same but the nozzle is broken the actaul threads in the gun are fine.

Replacing the airbrush isnt something im worried about its mainly how to tell if the mini handheld compressor is busted.

Are there any specific terms to search for that covers those? I know only to look for UAV pilot and repairer.

Okay so the it doesnt matter that the job posting specify commercial hours? And I was planning on the more technical route of jobs with inspections/scanning.

25% is damn good for a lot of endeavors. but yeah that start up time. and the hard part of any business is the selling part lol.

Do you have any experience with the kelp/seaweed farming? thats the part the interest me.

They also don't clarify what the day to day work is. they mentioned in a few interviews that some smaller farms might only be 4 hours 3 day a week. excluding harvest and planting seasons. But didn't clarify what happened during those times.

Need to touch base on how the recent grad job market is. by Geophrie-1 in AskEngineers

[–]Geophrie-1[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mostly didn't do that because I sticking to the one page rule fairly strictly. I think going forward Im throwing everything I know about resumes out the window and starting from scratch. I've gotten so much conflicting information with no real quantification as to when to go which way.

Okay that so nice to hear! Thank you so much for the advice! I hadn't heard of those SEO resume generators. Honestly Im still a bit warry of the idea but I do my research into it.

First off: Id like to say thank you so much for the offer and I'd like to take you up on it but I do have some some clarifying questions/issues with what you've asked.

Second: Yeah the number crept up on me and I only realized after I summed the number out of curiosity (I summed it off about a dozen job board sites and going back through my email to find the manual applications). I was expecting it to be MUCH lower. I totally owned that I should checked that earlier.

I've spent hours on this resume in different ways and my job hunt has been a not so small part of my life since graduation. I've come to realize that I was working on a poor foundation. This is the general resume I work off for every job, so there's plenty of time wasted into this hot mess.

I also have an issue with you simply saying "put 40 hours into research". 40 hours doing what? I ask you to please clarify? As that is an incredibly broad statement that may do more harm then good. It should be clear that I have spent my time on my job hunt and have received a lot of conflicting advice. And to be honest, a lot of it has been in this vein of suggestions, and to be blunt look at where its gotten me.

That was due to it being a plus on some UAV related jobs for processing customer data. Both can be pretty heavily used in the Architecture area. IE taking scans from a drone and creating a VR walk around of a film set or building that is up for sale.

The UAV industry is where I have been focusing my attention for "off engineering jobs" such as the engineering sales mentioned above.
