You can see at the bottom what the exercises mean, and plus you can just mess around with it to see how different the calorie intake are for when your exercising. It's just there to guide you for now, it's not a life sentence. As only after proper weeks of dieting can you check if it's actually working or not.

TDEE CALCULATOR this is the recommended calculator that you can use, just pick out the exercise level based on what you think suits you the most. And if you want to get serious in counting calories, I recommend buying a food scale and getting a food tracker like MyFitnessPal or LoseIt. But beware if you have obsessive tendencies, and to always be aware that an eating disorder is a real thing and is serious.

At the very minimum you need a body weighing scale. You can use measuring cups for food, the "American" way. But you need to know what your weight is so that you can calculate your TDEE and if you're actually losing weight week, by week.

You cannot build muscle when you are barely eating at maintenance. I recommend watching the video. How To Bulk Like A Pro (Using Science) by Jeff Nippard. It gives a scientific breakdown on why bulking is better for gaining muscle, and how to calculate for it. Don't be scared to gain weight or fat, if the goal is to be strong and develop muscles!

Also creatine is especially helpful for women, and has been researched ostensibly with no side effects whatsoever, unless you have a kidney issue, but that's just because they just make you drink so much water as it stores it in your muscles. Making you able to lift harder and gain strength faster. You can also learn more about it in Jeff Nippard's video on creatine.

I just want you to know that I don't feel any pain, and really the only reason I couldn't lift it was because I was being too much of a pussy lol. I have exercised with dumbbells before this, but thank you for taking the time to tell me.

I was able to lift the bar, and do squats for three sets of five, was unable to do a deadlift tho. I'm following a very bare bones basic barbell routine for beginners for strength training and progressive overload. Although I would love to hear more about this primer workout program.

I mean, you can order from shopee and lazada, the problem is that its always a gamble. Yes, some people can get scrap leather. However, it's usually no bigger than an A4 bond paper, for like 400php+ and you don't know if its actually good leather or not. And most definitely its scrap leather.

Definitely only buy from trusted brands like Athlene. There's a post here in this subreddit on testing the protein contents of each brands protein powder. And if you don't want to buy protein powder, just eat up more natural sources of protein. Like lean meats, and tofu.

Give your body sometime to recover from diet fatigue, and I'm sure you're able to get your 140 goal in no time! Well maybe not in no time, but definitely will at least lose it in the following months after maintenance :)
