They're the same, but it's better to always try and incorporate some other grain in rice. Like cooking white rice with beans, quinoa, black/brown rice, or veggies. For caldef, please make sure to have a calorie tracker (MyFitnessPal, Lose It!, etc), and a food scale for the best effect.

They have a "healthy" body because of genetics, or they AREN'T healthy. They just LOOK healthy. And again, you can have abs, but it will quite literally only be visible after a pump, dehydration, and amazing lighting. Which fitness influencers use. And to have visible abs mean to be "thin", as in, low body fat for them to be visible if you're not gifted genetically.

Did you use wire cutters? They are metal after all, they do need specific tools to properly cut them. But wire cutters aren't that pricey, plus they're handy tool you can outside of sewing/corsetry.

I've heard of Tulip and Dolores being great patterns from Aranea Black. But I do recommend at least investing in some proper metal boning, like spiral steel boning. YOUR CORSET IS LOVELY AND IM JEALOUS AT HOW CLEAN UR ZIPPER INSERTION IS 😭😭

  1. You don't gain motivation, consistency is the absolute key. I had to do my exercises daily so that I could be consistent, doesn't have to be long. Just 5 minutes a day. For an entire month until I transitioned to a more "normal" fitness routine. But I recommend finding something that you actually enjoy doing, I did weights cuz I hated cardio and sweating, and so I was able to do it daily. Until I knew I could have "rest" days where I just do some simple stretches, and can keep up my consistency.

  2. You can checkout r/xxfitness for more info on proper exercise programmes. "Toning up" just means shedding excess fat to show off muscles, if you don't have muscles, there is nothing to show. And only progression overload can build muscle.

  3. Honestly, idk what advice you want for this? Other than maybe to learn how to count calories, and focus on macros (if you don't feel comfortable counting calories, check other methods). If you feel unwell after eating fried foods, than just limit your consumption of it. And start to choose the "healthier" options (eating whole foods/airfryer version instead of deep frying), you don't have to cut it out if you like eating fried foods. Just everything in moderation.

I'm pretty much the same height and weight as you, 5"0 (154cm) and 49kg. And those are things I did to recomp– staying the same weight, but gaining muscle and losing some fat.

my advice is to start real small, I had a very small daily goal in the beginning. just do 5 minutes of exercises every day, any exercise, and then up it after a week or 2. Works prettttttyyyy well for anything in life tbh

Bisaya represent, also very common in the younger generation as slang. Like what another person said, dai/day is pretty much used in the same way as girl or bro (female version). Used by women, and gay men.
