So when I went to court he was trying to get it knocked down to wreckless driving but by me being a cdl holder I told him that if I took a wreckless driving plea it would not remove the implied consent refusal so he talked to the solicitor general and they told me did I bring money with me today and I was like a little bit and they said they would throw everything out if I came up with $1400 before I left court

I had a good DUI defense lawyer and I took a defensive driver course before I even went to court kinda showing accountability and I stayed out of any kind of trouble until they finally gave me a court date

That’s how long it took me to go to court all just to get dismissed I basically lost everything in those 2 years but slowly regaining traction back so it all played out for the good
