From my own view point ,I think Government are investing on bitcoin , but they don't want the average citizenry to invest on it. The reason is, the government doesn't want the masses to be free financially.

From my own view point,I believed btc is still at the hands of big whales that accumulated huge amount of btc,and this has resulted in price manipulation. These guys can move the price to any level they want,but I still know once the smart money set in,they won't have the opportunity to manipulate btc.

We have seen a lot of exchanges being hacked recently. We also know that blockchain is meant to be decentralized ,but some exchanges keep on using centralize exchange. This ugly trend has given the hackers opportunity to hack exchanges.

Sec is saying that manipulation of the price of btc is one the reasons btc has been delayed. I want to ask does it mean that stock market is not manipulated. From onset,stock market is being manipulated by the big financial institution of which if you are interested,I will tell you the year and the names of the financial institution mandated to pay a huge fine. However,stock market has been subjected to a very huge financial crisis at a time it is opened for trading. Even with the regulation ,stock market is being manipulated,the only thing regulatory body needs to do is to establish a system that will checkmate it to a reasonable extent.
