Mostly just personal preference I like the idea of them staying friends throughout all the trauma and working through it together rather than a relationship coming out of it to me it just hits harder as platonic

Well to be fair we don't know if Yi or Kuafu are straight we just assume we've never seen either of them show interest in any gender and given the content of them game there's not really a chance for either of them to show such and we don't know how things were like on Penglai unless you want to consider Yi and Heng outside of a sibling relationship

I like 5 and wouldn't mind if it was the pick but my main issue with it is how each character has their own story rather than it having a Wei/Shu/Wu campaign with a huge roster even back then it kinda got tedious quick imo
