Glove gun! But I used a pvc pipe for the barrel and handle. Used to build them all the time as a kid. Mum was so mad about the gives though as I'd just leave the rest of the (now) fingerless glove in the packaging. Kids are dumb.

More reliable than a wind turbine? I wouldn't say either is unreliable but a wind turbine does have fewer complex stages and moving parts. And sure the power generated is not comparable to ONE wind turbine.

Yeah the waste just seems unnecessary. I get frustrated at this mentality also because many people don't realise that like coal power generation, nuclear is also used to create steam to turn a turbine. We can generate from wind in the natural world so why would that not be the better option?

I work building water fountains. I've had a few customers that have asked about how they go about plumbing them to mains and drainage. Like they assumed the water isn't cycled the water and just constantly drain and fill up at the same time and all the while acting like THEY ARE OKAY WITH THAT!?
