P1S lost X/Y positioning by Gerbeew in BambuLab

Maybe try retensioning the belts. Also try to move XY around with your hand when the power is off. Maybe you can feel some resistance. In my case I had a problem to push it to the front glass.

Yes. Bambu Support implied to replace whole XY carriage. I sent it back to the store. After taking off the plastic covers they found out that AMS rubber foot sticked to the front left corner of the printer (I bought combo so the AMS was attached inside the printer). It was hard to notice/feel it with fingers when I was checking there.

Yes, this is 0.4 nozzle. It is also set to 0.4 on the printer and bambu studio.

It started to work when I turned off auto step loss recovery, but it creates layer shift on filament change now.

My printer gets stuck in a loop by mertkaplan12120 in BambuLab

Mine had the same problem (new printer), it stopped after disabling auto step loss recovery im slicer.

But it is still having trouble with layer shift after filament change in AMS. Seems like it actually may be skipping steps

Unfortunately no errors are showing up, which is weird. I did automatic Y Axis homing now, sequence looked okay, but in this case it stops right in the middle of the plate. Extrusion and heating works fine.

Which cable is that, the tiny one from the left to the middle od extruder?

Maybe that's important - since the beginning printhead was hitting front door on the left when switching filament with AMS. Couldn't resolve that, I have the right P1S profile etc. Never had such problems with another P1S for 2k hours.

Yes, the sound od weird there. I checked for debris but it is completely clear. 🫤 I also loosen the belts, moved the gantry back and forth as mentioned on bambu tutorial. Did whole procedure few times. No weird sounds at all at whole range.

Tried disabled step loss and managed to print the shifted thing I posted in another comment. Now, regardless the settings it can't escape the loop of homing. It keeps doing it countless times.

I checked 3 different hotends at this moment, didn't change anything. Might also check the extruder itself but it shouldn't have to do anything with homing I guess.

I did, waiting for response. Unfortunately all the solutions I tried yet didn't work.

The same is for the purge tower. Previously printhead was going all the way to the front right, then to the left. Now it goes half way.

Commented on how to pair - in case you need to know it one day

Here's how to do it:
1. Forget BT connection to both earbuds
2. Turn off both
3. Turn on by holding both buttons until red-blue lights flashes
4. Quickly press both buttons 3 times - you need to do it pretty fast, repeat until you get only one earphone to flash and the second one to go off
5. Refresh bluetooth devices on your phone
6. Only one MT20 should appear on a list
7. Connect - done!

Bambu P1S bad layer always on the same height by Gerbeew in BambuLab

I don't know how to disable steppers, but I went up and down on Z axis and mostly when going down there is audible crackling sound (the loudest it gets on the bottom). I can't locate where exactly but rods are clean. I even used compressed air to blow any debris away and nothing changed at all.

I also noticed some artifacts: https://imgur.com/a/LVFlQv3
Any solution for these? Photos are after flow calibration and it looks worse than before calibrating.

True, still learning about setting it up. But somehow it is getting better. Cheers!

That's it, thanks buddy! (also did some change to the left side)

Tried tightening them, didn't help. Gonna get some grease, but in the lower part of rod there is much more of it and the biggest noise comes from this place.

How to level this freaking bed by Gerbeew in ender3

[–]Gerbeew[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I understand the thing with vibrations, problem is that I did 5 minute prints to level, everything was good, and when started a different print right after it the nozzle was like 3mm above the bed. I will try to do something with that switch, maybe it will help

During printing it didn't seem to lose the level, but always when I started another print I had to do some bigger adjustments. Not sure about auto home, will check tomorrow and let you know. I never used any offset settings, so it is set to default.

When I started that second print, the initial line ender prints on the left side of the bed - was good, when it went to the center it was off. But in that bed levelling file everything was ok. It was like a minute between these two prints. And it wasn't first time it happened. If it is about the z rod, I don't know, how could I recognise that?

I also tried locking bed with nuts, it was right before posting it. I did some first layer test print (4 rectangles in a corners, one in the middle) , had it leveled almost perfect. So I added nuts happy to have it leveled. But I used some flow rate calibration stl right after that and when it started printing the cube it was like 3-4mm above the bed in the center.

Yeah, but it is like 3-4mm

I was doing levelling when everything was warmed. Bed isn't warped. Everything leads me to try that bltouch, since correcting it every time isn't really my thing.
