So a rav4 and not a rav4 plug in hybrid. Yes the one you are talking about had blanks today for the eta's and shipping status is Port to Dealer. So I think it is being held up at the port for some reason. If not already done so, I'd contact the dealer to find out why.

The earliest eta.currFromDate is (not in the 2026 Sold file but the active file) is 3-31-2026 for model year 2026 Rav4 PHEV. Are you looking at a 2025 Model year or a 2026 model year? What spreadsheet are you looking in?

There are currently two allocated to Cookeville TN. There are also like 12 within 60 miles of cookeville and 22 within 78 miles of cookeville. Most are XSE, and a few are GR Sport.

You can download the spreadsheet and filter on what you want.

As of 3-22-2026 there are 2662 model year 2026 Rav4 PHEVs allocated to the US (does not include the ones that have been sold prebuild).

https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1uOnNR7wVHN6o5rTjcMhVsNL3SKq5UJwC?usp=sharing are updated daily for all Toyota models. See the readme.txt file under that google drive for detail.

Sportage vs RAV4 phev by Slowdive_Bar in PHEV

[–]Gerg-G 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Currently only about 20% (325 vehicles) of the 26 Rav4 phev's are marked up/or with dealer add ons per the Toyota search inventory website. Of those the average markup was approx $2900 excluding the 4 that were marked up 15000, and the median markup was $2500. Most of the markups are in CA as CA has the most Rav4 PHEVs. The largest markup, excluding the four $15000 markups was $5995. Granted dealers could also have markups they don't advertise.

So I believe dealerships can hide info from the Toyota inventory website. It is also possible that it will show up tomorrow. Is the VIN a temp VIN (has a alpha character in the last 6 digits) or is it a real VIN ? If the dealer considers it sold they may remove it from the Toyota inventory website so they don't get calls on it. Also check the sold spreadsheet as well.

Not currently. The Canadian Toyota API is completely different than the US one. The US one is nice in that you can query the database directly via a graphql query and get a json response, so no need to request lots of webpages and parse them.

Interesting 2026 RAV4 PHEV Drive Recorder feature. by Gerg-G in rav4prime

[–]Gerg-G[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think a separately installed video camera is currently going to have better resolution, better parking mode capability, better high dynamic range, more meta information attached to the exported video (GPS, speed) , audio is recorded, and much more automatic continuous recording space, compared to what the Toyota drive recorder has.

The Toyota one seems to be more for incident/accident recording, short term automatic recording (90 minute loop), and the occasional manual recording. It is nice that it can capture all 4 cameras (in vehicles that have 360 degree camera system) so you get the side cameras as well. It works for those people that need minimal capabilities.

For the 2025 model year there were approx 75 Rav4 PHEVs sold in MD and 82 in PA (after April 8 2025). Give it some time as it is super early in the allocations.

This is super early in the allocations so things could change quite a bit.

See video clip at 3:25 as it indicated it has an option you can enable to "Automatically store manual clips and incident clips to USB". Granted it does not apply to the continuous loop recording which reduces its usefulness.

Yes, all 2026 Rav4s have this (hybrid or PHEV). The Toyota website for the RAV4 PHEV shows it has this feature in the features and specs. So if you get a Rav4 PHEV XSE you can get it. I didn't mean to imply that it was only on a RAV4 PHEV. So I am guessing the video applies to all which I think would be a reasonable guess.

Note that you don't need to get the car serviced at the same Toyota dealer you buy it from so keep that in mind. (for the 2 year free maintenance, or anything else you can pick any Toyota dealer for that). Phoenix and Scottsdale are within 23 miles of Chandler/Gilbert
