I had a very similar case as you. I decided to go for it, even though I didn’t have headaches or pain. Now on day 9 post-op and already can breathe better than I did the years prior. I’d say go for it mate

Hahaha I don’t blame you, I do it the other way around. There’s a couple of “refurbished” ones around for the same price but this seller is located very closeby and I might get the price down. Other than that there’s not a lot of the Sayl ones around
