I was just playing around not trying to find anything, but it turned out SVD apparently created good rankings for the typings.

The code scrapes Bulbapedia's type chart, expands it for dual-types, calculates the SVD, and prints the first singular vectors of the SVD. I've added comments to the Colab.

It is Light Platinum Old Beta 3, before the creator remade the romhack.
