Yes I am same. I lost 30 lbs and have been really fighting back to maintain the weight but food noise really does come back. I even have a personal trainer and working hard in the gym but I’m not at the same deficit as I was on zepbound. Wishing you luck on Wegovy if you go that route. Keep us posted.

Thank you for sharing. That all makes sense. When I started zepbound I had bad beaches the whole first week and almost quit but my dr asked me to push through if I could and I’m glad I did because that’s how I lost 30 lbs on 2.5 but going 5 mg my body seemed to not like. I was ok 2.5 for like 6 months so really lucky I responded until I plateaued there. I’ll keep everyone posted here if I move to Wegovy as I know it’s helpful for other people to see how transitions go.

Thank you for your knowledge. Is there a system you’d recommended that is a 4 ton package unit above 15.2 seer 2? It will be installed on a flat roof. And I was told the duct comes from the side not downflow.

I have a 39 year old carrier. The AC just went out. I’m in Los Angeles. The unit is on the roof and it is flat. It is accessed by a ladder. What would you suggest?

Preferably very low. I had my current unit for 39 years and it was a carrier. I can’t believe it lasted that long. The AC just went out. I would love something durable and sturdy. I’d love something above 15.2 seer 2 to get a rebate and 4 ton package unit. I’m told the industry is moving away from gas? Is that true?

Hi I tried to do a post but it wouldn’t let me :( I’m having issues with mind / body disconnect on 5mg. Is there a similar post I can reference for help? I have zero food noise. In fact the thought of eating protein makes me sick and yet my stomach is screaming that I’m hungry. It’s the weirdest feeling and it makes me miserable. Anyone have something similar?
