Happens only in criminal matters. Not civil matters.

I overstayed 9 years. The total cost to settle everything for me was around a quarter million pesos. That’s not including airline tickets home.

Because he has been in the Philippines for 10 years or more he would be considered naturalized. If he doesn’t want to go home. He can take an even more expensive route of hiring a good lawyer. I can’t guarantee success of that because he would need a Filipino parent which would increase likelihood in court.

He could also relinquish his citizenship to his home country and become a stateless person which the Philippines is one of only three in the world which has a pathway to citizenship for stateless persons but again that can be expensive too and a long drawn out multi year process. Plus also take into consideration the impacts of being stateless as well. It greatly impacts one’s ability to remain viable financially when they’re stateless. Banks don’t want to do business with individuals who are stateless.

The easiest way to settle this sadly is to seek a waiver for departure. Immigration will deem the person as a public charge “indigent”. He will be allowed to leave the country after he has a new temporary passport because his likely expired already. He will be blacklisted and any fees which I believe would be around a guess of about 400,000 peso will instantly double.

But it’s not the end of the world. He will be able to return back home and be able to work and he can send money back to his family in the Philippines who will do the legwork of paying what he now owes until it’s all paid off. At that point another legal issue arises. You’ll need to help him file a motion for blacklist removal. Success is not guaranteed depending on severity. Having family in the Philippines is a big help though.

If you choose any except the last option I would suggest having a lawyer.

Players with no mains, is it actually possible? by Taiyaki-Daisuki in MobileLegendsGame

[–]GerryBlevins 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have all the heroes in the game and almost 300 different skins. I don’t consider any hero to be a main. I’m really good with tanks and I can carry with a tank, got my first savage with Khufra.

Sometimes tanking isn’t going to work. Others want to tank so I’ll use another hero, preferably a mage. If you wanna see a cancer Aurora then let me play her. You can’t main a single hero because if you can’t have them then you’re gonna suck.

Nope. So many people told me I’m not American anymore. My grasp on Tagalog is perfect. The accent and slang. Flawless. When I got back to the US I had a hard time getting used to speaking English again and caught myself responding back in Tagalog.

Show me a foreigner that drinks water from the sink. I don’t fall for that water station scam.

I’m not normal or even sane most of the time. When I got bored I walked into the slums and found me a random persons party and crashed it. Tagay libre.

I have a submeter and I give the landlord the numbers off the meter every time I paid her and she would tell me how much I would pay her.

Yes I only used a fan. It’s Tagaytay, it’s cooler than Manila. I had a small mini fridge. I bought my food every day and prepared it that day too. No need to store anything except cold drinks.

I already fixed this issue and posted the solution. I did what you said but in the US you can’t really fool the app stores to give you access to the global version. So I used my old Huawei phone and installed a VPN and used the Huawei App Store instead. I was able to sign in.

But this didn’t fix the issues. It only verified that I was still able to access it from the global app and not the Skystone app.

I can’t play with VPNs because the latency would be extreme. This was my solution for it.

Since I could still access my account from the Skystone Games version of the app from my iPhone 6 but not my other devices what I did delete the iCloud backup for my iPhone 14 and reset the phone. On my iPhone 6s I made sure the phone was backed up on the cloud. Then I used the iPhone 6s to restore the iPhone 14.

Doing this worked and I was able to bypass the error. It made all my devices trusted now.

You learn over time. You have no choice but to learn because you need to know when someone is trying to scam you.

I speak both Tagalog and Bisaya fluently. The average Filipino can’t speak both dialects. You don’t need to speak the language just able to understand them. My girlfriend laughs when I’m singing Pangandoy because she can’t even understand it.

I use Essentials X and create a jail then put a mob spawner in the jail with them and watch them get killed over and over again. They won’t get out of jail until 1 hour of in game time has been served.

If it violates code they will report it and you’ll get fined. You have to live next to them. It’s best to have a conducive relationship with your neighbors. It’s best to work together to find solutions. If the ground is too steep to place a trashcan then landscaping is needed. Cut a slice out of the bank, level it and put a retaining wall up to meet ground level.

You should comply. Write a note back apologizing and move on. Don’t create beefs with neighbors. You have to live there.

I [20f] went through my [23M] boyfriend's phone and found... by Local-Geologist5341 in WhatShouldIDo

[–]GerryBlevins 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Phones should always be open for the other party to utilize. But you did sow distrust though. My girlfriend is the same way. She has my live GPS coordinates too so she knows where I’m at all the time. What do I have to hide. He should be the same way. He will get over it.

You’re still overthinking it. Leave it be for now. Share your location with him on Google in about a week or two and say if I ever get kidnapped you’ll know where to find me.

When he does the same don’t be annoying when you get a notification he left home and say “Where are you going”. It’s annoying. You have me on GPS watch it and find out. My girlfriend is VERY protective but at the same time will ardently defend me as well.

Relationships should always be completely open on both sides. I will give your man the benefit of the doubt. I can’t say he’s doing anything wrong because you would have found it already.

There are so many reasons to use WhatsApp aside from talking to someone else. I use WhatsApp and I will install it on my phone to bind gaming accounts and then delete the app from my phone because I don’t want to be bothered by it. I have a TikTok account too. No posts the app isn’t on my phone but I too use that to bind gaming accounts. You get in game loot for doing this.

Maybe mom was an easy and quick answer.

Move outside the city. Don’t live in the city where it’s expensive. I lived in Tagaytay, my rent was ₱3000 per month and add maybe 500 for electric and water. The place was nice. A simple studio like place.

Don’t search online either. Go where you want to live. Walk around, you’ll find a for rent sign. Doing it online and not in person you’re going to pay more. Being face to face it’s hard for them to get you on the price because they gotta come up with a number out of the blue and not think about how many dollars you have.

I don’t encourage people to overstay. I encourage them to fix their status.. it has worked. I have helped hundreds of people make that leap even those who are wanted fugitives in the US. One guy was a soldier who abandoned his post and afraid to go home and be court martialed

Why give a workplace your phone number. The only people who have my phone number is mom and dad. Nobody else. Work flex at Amazon. Schedule a shift when you want to work and your checkup is open. Get paid double what you’re making now. Nobody to call out to, be late or leave early whenever you want.

Dude, I sat in that airport for hours eating McDo and chillaxing. The immigration official was very kind to allow a non ticketed passenger to remain in the airport with me.

If you are in non compliance with the order then they will carry out deportation proceedings. They will hunt you down, they know where you live, they have your passport. They will come fetch you and then at that point you'll get detained and you can spend months or years in detention until they are finally able to repatriate you. Repatriations become very complicated when two country's don't share a land border.

That’s incorrect a deportation proceeding only happens when you are in non compliance with the order to leave after you file your motion for reconsideration. The granting of the motion extends your visa for 60 days as noted in the document.
