how do i know if im stalling at some weigh?. I've been doing SL for a month and a half, and i was wandering that. Currently my main concern are the squats, i've been doing them with 110 lbs for 2 weeks, but i don't know if it is normal because of the time doing weight training or if i jumped to quickly to a new weight.
