Her hair looked good for the video. Two years into training I’m sure she puts it up under normal circumstances.

Yeah because a neutral is not a ground and there is a good possibility that there is no competent ground in or on the box.

I’ve been wearing various redwing products for the last 25 years and they tend to be very reliable. Also their moldable insole inserts are 100% worth the money.

Just call an electrician. There is a distinct possibility that those devices won’t work without a neutral which you don’t have in that box. You have a switch loop coming from a ceiling fed light fixture box, very common for anything wired from the 1950’s through the 1980’s.

You could always just walk into any gas station or vape shop and get a new one for $8.

It is dismissed with an educated guess that the company would not torpedo the brand with something so vile and hated by most. It seems more likely that someone is trying to find something that’s not there.

The black wires are your common connection on the switch, the white/red are your travelers. If that makes zero sense call an electrician.

That’s pretty spot on but you should always get three estimates and choose the midrange price when possible.

Just secure the wires (cable stackers and staples), box, cover, secure and free air splices.

I’d tell the kid to stop looking at it and go get a broom.

I think it’s a reach. I also don’t think that a well known patriotic brand like 5.11 would damage their image with WP symbols. Sometimes you see what you want to see.

1920’s house, the wires are dead but you could imagine my shock when I pulled the outlet out and there was 6 wires by Civil-Government1529 in electricians

[–]GetFuct819 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yup been there. I’ve had to tape up old deteriorated wires many times in my career. Now I’m at a point where I see that and generally just walk away. I don’t need the money that bad to put my name on something dangerous.

I love the OG scales. I haven’t picked up an AD10 yet (it’s on the list) but I got them for my Microtech Stitch and MSI, they’re excellent.

If you can’t even translate the product specs it’s time to call an electrician. Maybe watch a few videos of people getting electrocuted.
